We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Website for business, operational, security or legal reasons. The IC may use website, newsletter, onboarding or subscription features, including through Ghost or another provider. If you use a sign-up, login, subscription or preference-management feature, you must provide accurate information and keep any access links, account credentials or security information confidential.

We may disable or restrict access to any subscriber, account, preference or security feature if we reasonably believe that you have failed to comply with these Terms, misused the Website, or created a security, operational or legal risk.

The IC does not currently operate a separate app or full member-account platform. If that changes, additional terms may apply.


8. How You May Use Material On Our Website

We are the owner or licensee of intellectual property rights in the Website and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

You may:

  • print or download extracts of any page from the Website for your personal use; and

You are not permitted to use them without our approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted under section 8.

This section should be checked against the current trade mark and branding register before publication, especially before making any statement that a mark is registered.


16. Proper Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, and any non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
